About Me

Hi there! I just want to say that I love yoga! I read about it, practice it, teach it, research about it. I have studied many different styles and philosophies. I have trained in different styles of yoga trying to figure out which one suits me best and which one I wanted to teach; vinyasa flow yoga. This is my favorite style of yoga. The fluidity and grace of the practice makes me feel like I’ve come home every time I step on my mat. That being said I do draw inspiration from my other trainings into my classes. My goal is to make the yoga practice challenging & fun but also bringing in self awareness of your body & mind. Yoga for me is a practice of self awareness and self acceptance. Having the self awareness to recognize what it is that I need today and having the self acceptance that it might not be the same as what I want but to honour where my body is today and what it is that it needs. In doing this I allow my practice to flow in whatever way that it needs to.
